Now TV Passes - confusion!!

We bought NOW TV Stick and Monthly Entertainment  Pass on Amazon for £29.99. We had difficulty activating it and ended up buying another Monthly Entertainment Pass for £9.99! How do I get a refund of £9.99?  I have filled out the dispute form that gave me a receipt with no ref number and no email.

 

I want to ensure I do not get pulled into a monthly subscription without realising it.

NowTV passes auto-renew monthly, so you are probably already pulled into a monthly subscription.

 

To avoid this, cancel the pass(es) you have, right now. They will still run to the end of the month that you have paid for or been given, but will not run on, paid-for, after that, unless you choose to let them do that by not cancelling.

 

 

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
