Now TV 4 month mobile pass

I received an email telling me that I'd received a 4 month sports mobile pass as I'd recently bought a weekly pass for £14.99.  I followed the link and downloaded the app to my phone but when I try to watch sports it tells me I need to buy a pass to watch on this device????

When you open the NowTV App on your smartphone does the mobile sports pass show under the My Account section of the App ?

 

If so, are you trying to watch one of the five Sky Sports channels that you are entitled too with a mobile sports pass, which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News ?
