Hi all now have applied new offers to my account £7.99 for cinema £5.99 for entertainment for the next 6 months as i have being witth them for a long time.

Nice to hear your good news, and glad your loyalty is being rewarded 🥳

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
