Hi, I received an email offering me the entertainment pass for free, for 6 months. I accepted it and added it to my account, but it's not showing when I try to watch on my TV

What playback device are you using with your TV or do you have a LG or Samsung smart TV with the inbuilt NowTV App.
If using a Youview box with your TV, then this device doesn't currently support NowTV Entertainment (only on demand movies).
Also i would double check if the 6 month entertainment pass has been added to your account by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here.
