Hi. I took up a promotional offer today for 30 days Cinema and Entertainment and 5 months of Kids. I can see a pass for Cinema and kids but I can’t watch Entertainment. Tells me I need a pass. Thanks

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers and Bills & Payments does it show or mention anything about the entertainment pass ?
If not maybe have a word with live chat for assistance & help.

It doesn’t show in Bills & Payments that I have an entertainment pass; it shows that I paid for the trial and that I ‘paid’ for the kids and the cinema pass but not the entertainment pass. I have will try the live chat.
