No one to help me

I paid by direct debit up to 25 June , then I used a two month entertainment pass to cover me up to 25 August 2019. So why would nowtv ignore my pass and take another payment on the 25 June.

First choose 'NOW TV account & payments', then 'I have a query about my bill or payment date'.

Then there will be a get in touch drop down, which you would select 'TV' for the live chat.

If you look at My Account/Passes & Vouchers now, does it show you as covered until 25 September?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
