I have some vouchers i want to add to my account but i can not see any links next to my passes to be able to enter the codes.

I am assuming you are going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in here ?
If there is no apply voucher button next to the pass, then are you on an existing current offer that has more than 30 days left ?
