Hi All - I'm in the same boat as @Armeno. But although my Ent. pass is already in the renewal phase, my movies doesn't expire until 28th December. That's cutting it fine!
I was thinking of cutting my losses and removing the couple of weeks movies voucher (somehow) but can't see that that is an option. 😞
Can't really start a new account in reality, as I've got a 9 month Football Sports deal on my current account which is still going. Don't fance having to keep logging in an out 😐

Last year, as well as Black Friday deals for existing customers, there were also more or less equivalent offers on Boxing Day for existing customers (I got my deal in that offer because I wasn't eligible during last year's Black Friday deal period).

There are offers for both new and existing customers, please double check the T&Cs of the offers you are looking at to find out if you are eligible for this offer. As mentioned by our users, you'll need to be within the final 30 days of your current over in order to apply a new existing customer offer.
If you select cancel on cinema and entertainment you will not lose any current time.
that was the process I did and the offer became available about 10 minutes later.
in regards to the Ts and Cs I believe what it means is the offer is not available to customers in a current promotion.
as I cancelled both I was then able to purchase the offer.
I never read anywhere that the offer was not for current customers.
I am already a customer and have been for over a year, i bougyt the black friday deal with 12 months cinema, and like everyone else wondered where the passes were.
So i activated the stick and was directed to go to a website and enter a code, when i did this it said a 12 months sky cinema pass was activated and i was then prompted to redeem it and sign in.
As i signed in i still had over 2 months to run on my current pass, so the new pass is in a section at the top of my passes that says 'YOU HAVE ONE VOUCHER WAITING FOR YOU' If i click it, it says redeem after 7 feb which is when my current one runs out.

I’ve contacted Now TV to ask about Black Friday deals for existing customers but they didn’t reply, wanted the £99 deal for cinema and entertainment for a year, but they only cater for new customers, so just seem to ignore loyal existing customers and they don’t have any access to these deals! Not fair at all.
