Been waiting for black Friday deals, only to find they are only valid for new customers.
Why punish and alienate loyal existing customers.
Terms for 12 month £99 entertainment and cinema deal say for new customers only.
Not looking after your loyal customer base nowtv.

These are the offers that are available for existing customers but I had to go round the houses to get to this page. They could make it a bit clearer.

They are here by the way if anyone wants to see them: https://www.nowtv.com/black-friday
Interestingly it doesn't mention 'new customers only' for the deals that include a smart stick.
Well I normally buy the Entertainment & Cinema pass, so that's money you won't be getting out of me NOW TV, because I will never buy the passes monthly.

Can the 9 month sky sports pass be kept for the 2019 F1 season.

No. But they will most likey have an equivalent offer when that starts.

That worked for me - thanks
Shame support say they are not giving any offers to existing customers this year, yet a customer finds them.
They really need to train support staff up on what is available and make it more obvious on the site.

Thanks that worked for me too. Bit confusing when the term and conditions say new customers.

Managed to get the entertainment and movies as an existing customer but they are not offering the kids pack which I find is unfair. In all honesty over the past 14 months I have never had to pay for the kids pack due to the now tv codes with got with 3 boxes plus the maccy d's codes. Thought I would buy the pass at £15 but looks like its new customers only, oh well!

So if I purchase a smart stick with say the 2 months entertainment pass does that mean I will get 2 months for free on my existing account?

Hi @Anonymous User
If you are thinking about the nowtv stick with a 2 month bundled entertainment pass, then perhaps consider the deal that Curry's are currently offering which is the smart stick, with a 3 month entertainment & 1 day sports pass for £14.99 and if you have a local Curry's close, then you won't have to wait 3 to 5 days for delivery of the stick
With the bundled voucher pass when you ready to redeem the voucher you will get the duration of the voucher added to your account for free.
You have 12 months from date of purchase to redeem the voucher electronically uploaded to your account after you have setup & activated the stick.
If you don't want to use the nowtv entertainment service after the voucher finishes, then make sure you cancel the pass before the voucher expiry date to prevent the pass auto renewing each month at £7.99 per month.
Or keep adding a new entertainment voucher to your account if you wish within the last 30 days of any current entertainment offer finishing to save money on the £7.99 monthly subscription price.
