NowTV have moved away from paper scratch card vouchers that comes in the box to preloaded electronic vouchers that are embedded on the stick.
Normally once you have setup the new Stick the electronic voucher should either start straight away or be saved on your account.
If there is nothing showing under My Account > Manage Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here or there is no message towards the top of Passes & Vouchers screen page saying something "Like Vouchers Waiting for You" with a link to redeem the saved voucher, then jump over to live chat for further assistance & help.
