New registration - Cashback not received

Hello Team,

 

I opted for new tv boardband connection last February and I am a new user on to now tv network. I had opted for a cashback offer via https://www.topcashback.co.uk/ . But there is no update on the cash back offer yet, it only shows "pending uplift" in the cashback site.

 

Can you please confirm on this.

This is more of a customer-to-customer forum, I'm not sure your post will be seen by anyone working for Now.

 

My experience with cashback is that it does get paid, but takes about eight months, I currently have a January 2022 payment pending.  So, don't be too surprised it hasn't been paid yet.

 

Hope it all works out.

Also, isn’t your beef with Top Cashback rather than Now?

 

Who is supposed to pay you this cashback?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
