Hi. I have just join now tv.

I need help with entertainment pass.

I have bought it with my broadband deals but when im on my account it shows option of purchasing for £9.99. When it been paid with my broadband price.

Give the broadband a call to explain the situation to see if it’s something that can be resolved. Considering they setup the deal for you, it sounds like either an account issue or for whatever reason it’s not been activated.

NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.


FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.
