I have a new Now TV box which should have Free Passes for 1 month for SkyCinema, Entertainment, Kids and one day for SkySport.
At the end of the setup process, I got an on-screen message saying there was a problem setting up the free passes and please go to Live Chat.
The Live Chat button does nothing. I have trawled through google on how to sort this out but there is no email support, and whenever I get as far as the LIve Chat button it does nothing.
How do I contact support?

Try this link for live chat.
The live chat software seems to be sensitive on different browsers and any ad blocking software on it,
So if no luck with your main browser, try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.
