New Stick

So I am new to now tv I brought a stick that comes with 2 months free entertainment pass. I have gone through the whole setup as asked. But when I go to use my tv I.e watch anything on entertainment pass it won’t let me says I have to sign up for 14 day free trial or add voucher. No voucher came in box I assumed the 2 months free was pre loaded on stick. Can anyone please help

Does it say on the stick box outer packing " Redeem Pass during Setup" ?

If so, once you setup and activated the stick, go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst signed in on here to see if towards the top of the page that there is a message with a link saying view saved vouchers".

Click on the green link and redeem your entertainment voucher pass to start watching.

Same for us too. We added a 14 day trial but 24hrs later it's made no difference. No paper voucher. Nothing to redeem at setup of account. Nothing in account settings.
