Hi, i set up a NOW TV account to get a day pass for sky sports last year and now i cant get new customer deals for Broadband?
Anyway i can access the deals for broadband?

When attempting to take up NOW Broadband is your check basket saying £35 per month instead of something like £21 per month for NOW Broadband?
If so this is happening a lot and NOW are investigating the price error.
Starting from fresh with a different Internet browser using something like Firefox has worked for some people.
Or are you trying to get a discount TV Memberships with the NOW Broadband order and it doesn't work?

Here's another thread where the NOW Broadband checkout basket price is different to what's advertised on the NOW website.
If something like Fire Fox doesn't help, then see if the NOW Broadband Team can manually apply the order on your behalf if you are not trying the cashback route.
