I won a free pass on a Nestlé bar a month or so back, and saved it for a day pass to SkySports – I came to activate it today and it says the code number is not recognised, even though it hasn't been used and the T&Cs state that I have 3635 days to use it...
Can anybody help? Is there a helpline for NOWTV?

You may have done this, but with regards the code on the Nestle offer, did you try different versions of letters/numbers that might look the same in digital print??
I recently claimed one of these offers and the printed code had me wondering if an 'x' was a 'k' and vice-versa....... and maybe something like an '8' or a 'B'????
