NOW TV entertainment pack

Hi all,

 

I have Joined NOW TV for broadband in early May. There was an offer for 6 months Entertainment pack if i will sign the contract before i think it was 7th of May. I know i have signed the contract before the deal expired but i don't have any vouchers for this entertainment pack?

If you signed up for the broadband deal before the 6 months free entertainment pass offer had finished, then you should have received a separate email with either a link or code to add to your account.

 

I think you had to redeem and start the free 6 month entertainment pass before the end of May 2019.

 

Have you checked your spam or junk folders for this missing NowTV email ?

 

I would suggest you contact live chat for assistance & help with this matter.

 

Open the link page below, and select the most relevant help topic and once you get to the final stage scroll down towards the bottom of the screen where there should be a Get in Touch button (click on the drop down arrow below it and hopefully you should see an option to contact live chat or drop them a message).
