I have got the entertainment pass and I have tried to get the F1 pass but I get the message that I might not qualify or the offer has expired. Just showing the normal offers at £33. I think the offer is a gimmick to get people to sign up for the full cost offers

It's a genuine offer, but you can't sign up if you've already got an active Sports Pass or an unused one in your account.  If that not the case, I'd contact Now TV via live chat to see why you can't sign up.

I have been in contact via live chat but they sent the link but still had the same error message,I have left messages and made a complaint but still waiting for a response.

If they don't sort if you for you, you can open a second Now TV account using a different Email address and sign up for F1 Season Pass using that.

Another option would be to buy Now TV passes from independent retailers like PC World, Argos, Wilko, WH Smiths, who's prices are much cheaper (£25 a month, or £10 a week) than the Now TV website.

I've been trying to get the F1 season pass since yesterday with no luck- just keep getting an error message that says 'something went wrong, please try again'. Existing customer but I don't have any other active passes. Have tweeted and emailed, awaiting a reply. Also tried going to Argos and getting monthly passes as an alternative, but despite listing them at £25 on their website the price in store was £34.

You can order them postage free from the PC World website, Wilko, WH Smiths and many other retailers including supermarkets.  Just look for the stand containing the store and gift vouchers.

Thanks but finally worked out why I couldn't get the £195 pass and I've just gone for that rather than hoping  another store will actually have them at the discount price/they will arrive in time. Means I can watch Indycar this weekend legitimately too.

I have been having problems getting the deal and the info I had was that the system doesn’t recognise Safari or Chrome, they recommend using Firefox or Internet Explorer, didn’t know people were still using IE. I intend to give it a go tomorrow.

Strange, I managed fine on chrome in the end, my problem was that I still had my old card registered for payment.

It could be a compatibility issue, I almost suggested using a different Now TV compatable device earlier.  Desktops, Laptops, Smart TV's, Tablets, Smartphone, Game Consols, Now TV Boxes, Now TV Smart Sticks etc can all be used to access your Now TV account, and place an order for the F1 season pass.  Fingers crossed something will work for you.

This has been plaguing me for last 5 days. I went via Chat and they wanted all sorts of account information and Still not able to tell me whu I acnnot simply buy a 2019 F1 pass. Should be simple, but apperas to be a typical SKY TV "Virus"  thats infected NOW TV , i.e unable to sort out a wet paper bag.

Definitely agree, I've spent days on this and have failed to get the deal. For a technology company they are absolutely rubbish. I have tried all the web browsers and still nothing works. One guy said use Chrome but another said don't use Chrome as it's not supported.
Doesn't inspire confidence in their ability to to solve the so called technical issues.
I will watch it on C4.

Sorry to hear that you are still having difficulties.

The Aussie Grand Prix and qualifying are also being shown live on Sky One, which is part of the Sky TV and Now TV entertainment packs.  If you you've already got access to this you can watch it at no extra cost, if not you can sign up to the Now TV Entertainment pack 14 day free trial. It's a no obligation trial, that can be cancelled at any time, but you will still get the full 14 days of the trial.

I’m annoyed that I’ve just paid Nowtv £195 for a sports pass for the year and now they are showing the first race and maybe 2nd and 3rd on Sky One which you can get for £7.99 entertainment pass. Feeling a little cheated!!

The TOPCASHBACK website have increased their offer to NOW TV £20 CashBack so £195 becomes £175 if you sign up for an account with them.

link...NOW TV £20 CashBack

Did you have any trouble getting this offer? Every time I get redirected the f1 season pass is nowhere to be found.

If I go on NowTV without being redirected through TopCashback then I can see the £195 f1 pass, but then I won't get my £20 cashback.

I've tried through Chrome and Internet Explorer but its all the same

I have given up on buying the pass because of incompetence of Now tv and as I already have the entertainment pass I can now watch the first three races on Sky one for free, I’ll watch the British GP on C 4. As for the rest of the year I will buy a £25 or £10 pass and I reckon I’ll save around £50, tough on Now tv for being so incompetent.

How do you know that the first three are on Sky One ?  I've only seen the Aussie GP advertised as been on that channel.

I read it on the BBC F1, the first race us definitely in Sky one and possibly the next two races.

I've got the same problem with the link from topcashback not linking through and finding the offer. Do you think if you change the url to https://www.nowtv.com/watch-f1-online whether the offer will still track?
