I am on a discounted rate on Entertaiment pass until 1/10/20. I logged in to my account at the weekend and saw 6 months on offer for £6.99 but was unable to complete the offer at that time, it is now no longer showing in my account. However, today I got an email saying my offer is waiting (the same offer); click through and it is no longer there! I would like to take up the offer, any ideas anyone? (Also my 80yr old Mum wants to do the same thing facing Lockdown for the Winter 😞 and the same thing has happened to her account!

got mine back by cancelling pass, then reactivated pass, it then offered me the 6 months discount,

Hi Hargan,
I have cancelled my pass and can continue to view up until the 28th of this month. Do I have to wait until then to rebuy and redeem the £6.99 offer? Currently, I'm only being offered the option to restart my pass at the original price of £8.99/month before it increases to £9.99/month. Thanks

This is not solved - the offer can only be applied if we, as existing customers cancel our subscription and restart it! Which makes no sense and is not a solution. Apparently its in the small print.
I've just been on the online chat and have been offered a different offer that can be applied without all the hassle - 4 months for £3.49.
Happy with the resolution but its taken half an hour of my time to get it - why email out an offer that can't be applied?!

I did not say it was solved ( now tv did that), all I offered was a solution that worked and saved me a full half hour of my day.
Honesty, Now Tv is a nightmare to use these days. Customer Service is more or less this forum.

Have you tried to use the Tesco clubcard Now Tv offer, that's entertainment.

I had an email with the same offer. However the email link didn't work nor was the offer available on my account. So I went to the live chat and was advised to cancel my subscription to enable the offer. I clicked on cancel my subscription then continued to try and cancel and eventually the £6.99 offer appeared as a way of keeping my custom. Worked OK for me.
