Check Passes & Vouchers and see if your payment is there.
Then check your credit card transactions.

I've done that. Money has left my account and shows up as being paid in my passes and vouchers section. I've listed it as a complaint with them. So I'll wait for them to eventually get in touch. Thanks for replying.
