I purchased a NOW TV smart box with 3 months Entertainment pass which I activated but after a few days it asked me to pay I now have been forced to pay as I cannot get in touch with the Support via the Live chat button. When I click on it it it becomes grayed out and nothing happens.
How can I get my 3 months Entertainment package back. Poor showing by NOW TV as this seems to be a common occurance, and no telephone support either.
