I'm not happy because you said that I could have the movies 5.99 a month and now it's gone back to £11.99 a month so I don't know what's happening now because I said I can't afford £11.99 a month

Welcome to the customer forum, which is exactly that. Now TV staff rarely monitor the forum, you are best to get in touch with Now TV directly via Live chat. 

 

Do you have screenshots or emails to prove that you are on a movie pass offer?
