Movie email offer will not apply

When I click on email  Get offer link a blank page loads with the NOWTV header.  I am logged in OK.

When I manually try to "Apply voucher" code I get the message:

This card hasn't changed and is being used successfully for my Entertainment pass.

Can't help with your email offer sorry, but if the live chat button is greyed out then usually it means that all their advisors are busy at the moment.

I would try live chat again (see if this link page helps where it's showing a green button to start chat for me) and if it still doesn't work then possibly try a different internet browser.

Thanks for the tip on different browser  ( I changed from Chrome 71 beta to Edge) and chat worked.

Chat advised I phone in and after a long wait I got sorted.

I have had the same problem with the offer. I don't have a voucher code and when I get redirected to the vouchers and passes page the movie pass is still £9.99/ month. 

Am I doing anything wrong?
