Monthly Sports Pass error (suggested fix doesn't work)

Hi guys

 

I've received a voucher for a free monthly mobile sports pass. I didn't realise it was a mobile pass and activated it through my PS4 app.

 

Once I realised it was mobile only I downloaded the android app, but it doesn't seem to show that the pass is active.

 

I have looked up a suggested fix, which says to fix it using a PC, but as it's a mobile pass, I can't get it to start playing.

 

Anyone else had the same problem?

Here's one thread example, of quite a few on the Community Forum, where customers can't get their new mobile sports pass working on their smartphone.

If you want to activate the pass today mainly for the Everton v Liverpool match tonight, then the game is on Pick (Freeview, FreeSat, Virgin).

 

Or if you have an NowTV Entertainment Pass then the game is on Sky One.
