Mobile pass not showing up

I got a free 3 month mobile sky sports subscription with buying a 24 hour pass, and I can see it on my account on my laptop but it doesn't show up on my mobile phone and so I cant use it? I have tried logging out and logging back in and it still doesn't show up.
