Missold sports pass want my money back

I bought a sky sports pass advertised as a month pass for 12.99. I was provided with a weeks pass. After relooking at the offer i can see that you are misleading through your advertisement as you labled it both as a months pass and weeks pass as well as labelling one at 33.99 for a week and moths pass. This is ambiguous and as suck false adverrtisement. So there are 2 acceptable solutions here. Either provide me with a refund. Or provide me with  afull months cover for 12.99. I took a timed snapshot at the time of realising i had been missold which verifies my statement. I would do this over live chat but, surprise surprise, it is not working. I also wonder how many of your other customers have fallen foul to this false advertisement.
