Link to 2 month Sky Sports offer at £20 a month not working

I went to cancel my Sky Sports monthly pass (was given as an extension to a 10 month Premier League ST for 2019/20), before my price goes up next week. I was offered a two month pass at £20 a month which I intended to accept, but the link does not appear to work. 

 

All I get is an error message indicating "Well this is embarrassing" and it asks me to retry, but the error keeps recurring.

Thanks for the quick response. I have emailed customer services as requested. I'll wait to see if the request is actioned before closing off the query.

@Anonymous User can you still see the offer? If so, take a screen shot of the offer and the error, then email them to customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces) and ask them to manually apply the offer.
