Keep getting ‘hold on’ message after logging in via email link

Is anyone else experiencing this? I cannot contact NowTv directly as chatbot keeps coming up and it isn’t helping at all.

Same problem here and all I get is the chat box which is a complete waste of time 😞

I had the same. Go to the complaints section and the live help there will let you chat with someone and get it sorted.
