When you added the new 3 month entertainment voucher did you add it to the same nowtv account has your movie pass or have you accidentally created a new account for entertainment.
Check all your sign details on your nowtv playback devices and go through all email correspondence from nowtv for any clues.
The movie rental voucher is for Sky Store and will not work with your nowtv account.
If you haven't got a Sky Store account, then the best way to setup an account is to jump over to Sky Store website and once you have created an account and given your bank card details you should be able to add the £5.49 Sky Store voucher.
