Invalid voucher

Now Tv are offering Sky Sports for £21 until end of 8th May 2023.

I click on it says invalid

Any suggestions?

Two people have also reported this over on NOW Twitter this afternoon.

I am assuming you are not on a current Sports Offer with more than 30 days remaining or have either a saved or active Day Sports Pass on your account and you are not billed by a third party such has BT TV, Amazon, TalkTalk? 

NOW Twitter said to the two people over on Twitter to get in touch with NOW live chat for further assistance on the matter.

Hi @Fishy 

The two people over on NOW Twitter was seeing an "Expired" message when they tried to take up the offer, though the offer seems to be still available to purchase on the NOW website (usually these Sports offers expire 1 minute before midnight).

Are you getting the same "Expired" message or does it say "invalid" ?

Where I have come across the invalid message before when customers who are billed through a third party try to take up this offer, where they are not eligible for the offer under the T&C's.
