Invalid code

I bought a now tv stick with a sky sports 1 month pass included. During SETUP I was given a code and when I entered the code it said invalid code. Now I have Now tv but I don't have my introductory offer to watch.

 

How can I get a valid code? Do I need to reset the stick and start the set

Best not restart it, if avoidable.

 

Email customerservices @ NowTV.com (without the spaces) and describe your issue.

 

They can probably fix this for you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
