I've been charged for the 7 day free trial

I started the 7 day now entertainment free trial on Tuesday 27th Oct and two charges of £1 have shown up on my bank account. I've checked carefully and it is 100% definitely two consecutive charges and not a charge followed by a refund. Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

It used to be a 10p credit check on your bank card provided, but the money was refunded straight away.

 

Where it looks like it's a £1 card check now (according to this linked NowTV article) but again the money should be automatically refunded.

 

Maybe double check with your bank statement or with your bank.
