I have the £99 pass for movies and entertainment. How do I pay the £3 extra a month for 1080P?

Hi

As above I have purchased the £99 12 month pass but I am after 1080P and its an extra £3 a month?

How do I go about doing this?

Thanks

Hi @HannsG

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here does it show start a 7:day free Boost Trial ?

Hi. Thanks for the help. I should now have it

My Stream Quality is 7831? Is that 1080P?

I also used live chat and they helped me.

Hi @HannsG

Yep a streaming figure of 7831 denotes 1080p.

Also you should notice on the TV Guide a small HD logo at the end of the channel names and if you are watching a HD movie or Entertainment TV episode that is HD supported then press the pause or info button on the remote should bring up the on screen information with the HD and 5.1 surround sound icon.
