Hi everyone,
I bought an Entertainment Pass for 3 months on the 12th of April paying 17.99£. On the 19th of April I asked for a refound but only 10.99£ was refounded to me. Why I didn't get full refund? Looking at the terms and conditions I'm entitle to full refund in the first 14 days after the purchase.

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a NOW TV content pass, and receive a full refund without giving any reason, any time up to 14 days (“cooling off period”)
