I didn't cancel the monthly Sports pass in time - can I get a refund or switch it for another pass?

I ordered the 1 month pass for £33.99 last month, for July - and forgot to cancel before this month started.

 

Is it possible to just switch this pass for a TV and/or Movie pass instead - OR are NowTV able to give me a refund, seeing as I won't need the Sports pass at all this month?

One or the other seems logical.

Your best option is to contact NowTV live chat on this link below.

 

Should live chat not open for you, then try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.

 

If still no luck, then use the web form or drop them a message on the same link below.

Hey thanks, I’ll try that but it wasn’t really a complaint, and the live
chat is not responsive yet. I’ll try the live chat again soon.

I only used the Complaints link page to make it easier for you to access the live chat button.

 

Where if live chat doesn't work for you on various internet browsers or devices, then there is also the option on the same link page to either use the web form or drop them a message.

 

You could use this alternative link page below to also reach live chat where i have missed out and jumped passed the first two steps in the long winded procedure (click the small blue arrow underneath How to get in Touch to reveal the live chat button for the final step) where both methods on my two posts directs you to the same NowTV live web chat service.

Hope you get it sorted and if no joy with the various communication methods, then you could always drop NowTV an email using the address showing on this screen shot below (live chat should always be your first point of call because you are dealing with a NowTV representative in real time)
