How to contact customer services

I have posted my issue on the forum to no avail. 

How do I get in touch with customer services if my problem cannot be resolved via the Help pages?

This is very frustrating!

You can either contact nowtv via their live chat service or drop them a message from the link page below.

If you are a nowtv broadband customer, you can contact them via the telephone helpline number under My Account > Orders & Appointments, where you will find the telephone number by clicking on the drop down arrow below broadband and phone live activation date.

however when I click on the link you sent me it takes me to the help centre where I cannot find a direct means to contact NOW TV.

I am going around in circles.

Please help. This is VERY frustrating
