How can I Restore an Offer

Hi there,

I had an annual pass for Cinema and entertainment. Both expiring in the next couple of days.

I cancelled them to stop the auto renewal and they offered me 6 month half price on both passes. I declined at the time. However I have decided to take them up but can't get them back.

Is there any way to restore these offers?

@Anonymous User go to manage account>passes and vouchers and there should be a red banner saying 'check out your exclusive offers'. Click on the banner and they may be stored there.

If not, jump onto live chat and explain your situation. They may apply the discounted passes from their end.

I checked the red banner and they are not there. The live chat is a web-bot that can't answer direct questions 😞

Hi there

I found the Live chat and spoke to a rep. the offer is system generated and they can't restore it.

Not able to make any offer other than full price. Looks like it is bye bye nowTV

@Anonymous User keep an eye on that 'members offer' section after your current passes have expired. You may find a few days after that there will be an offer there.

If an offer does appear, before you click on it, take a screen shot. That way if there's a problem redeeming it you'll have proof.
