Hold on a sec....

I have just received a Now TV stick and been given 3 activation codes from Sky.  When I try to activate, the website recognises the codes and what they are for, but when I click "Start Offer", I get the rotating balls and a message saying "Hold on a sec...".  It just sticks here.  I have tried on my laptop and my phone but same thing happens.  I have left for over an hour and still just sits at this screen.


Any thoughts?

I think it depends on the time of day your trying .

Any issues i have like this i clear my history cache and try again later in the day.

I have the same issue. And I've tried at many times of day from different machines and browsers. The fact that Now has no actual customer service option is ridiculous.

We are investigating whether this might be provider related.

Who is your ISP?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
