Hold on a sec...

Hey,

I’m trying to apply voucher to extend my account and it recognise it, I can press pay now for £0.00 to add another month, but then it’s always stuck on Hold on a sec... and I tried multiple times on various devices and browsers for the past few days, but it just doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions or how to contact Now TV now?

I have the exact same problem, been a few weeks now and still not working.

For each of you, who is your ISP?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I've got this problem too, trying to add a one month cinema pass. My ISP is Plusnet, but I've also tried the website through my phone on 4g with the same result - "Hold on a sec..."

edit: I just remembered I switched payment method to my new credit card last week. I switched back to my old card and tried again to apply the voucher and it worked instantly. Hopefully this may help others with the problem.

Yes, NowTV don’t take Amex.

Be helpful if, when declining your Amex card, they would say why, though.

Thanks. I stand corrected.

They didn’t used to, but I guess I missed the change - it’s hard to keep up 😢
