I have a black now tv smart box. I bought the hayu pass on the website but it’s not showing up in the Now TV guide on the device. Where do I find it?
Does it take a while to appear on the device?

I don't think the Hayu pass provides access to any TV channels. It is an OnDemand pass only, which means nothing relating to the pass will appear in the TV Guide if you want to access content from that pass. You'll need to go into the NowTV app. There you should find a Hayu section

Can I ask where you found it. I have a white box and all I have is entertainment,movies, sports and kids. I can only find it on my tablet?

Unfortunately the white nowtv boxes don't support the nowtv Hayu pass.
