Hayu channel

Hi I want to buy the hayu pass but the hayu channel is not appearing on my t.v.,  I dnt want to watch it on phone does anyone know how I get the hayu channel to be listed on my now tv on my tv I know it's only 3.99 but I'm not going to waste money if I can't use it

Hi @Anonymous User You should see the Hayu option underneath 'Kids' on the NOW TV App (on your box, please note that the white box does not support the Hayu Pass) Any luck?

I'm having the same problem, I've tried logging out and back in but no luck. No point in a free trial if you can't see it haha

At the moment Apple TV boxes are not supported with the Hayu nowtv pass (see this linked help guide below).

I can get Hayu on Apple TV. In fact I subscribe to it via iTunes. It’s only on more recent Apple TV boxes. You can’t get it on older ones

Hi there having same problem cant get hayu on now tv box to then find out it is because i have white now tv boxes so wont work on these boxes what is the diffrenece between the white and the black ones im not sure, but i will now cancel my free trial as whats the point if i cant watch this on tv

Yeah, the first generation older white box doesn't support the nowtv Hayu pass.

The white box doesn't support the UKTV Play App also, where i am guessing it's due to lack of processing power and inbuilt memory compared to the newer nowtv black box or the smart box /stick.

Have the free trial pass. Not showing on my list. My devices are Now tv box. But it's showing on the list on my phone.
