I'm having trouble finding the hayu pass, its not in my passes as the help pages suggests. Anyone else having the same problem?

Me to I've got now tv through my bt vision box , I've already got now tv movies , so I got hayU pass today  and I got a confirmation email saying I got it , but nothing showing on my TV . Annoying

Mine is the other way round, it's showing on my nowtv box but not in my account so I can't get the pass 🤔😤

Unfortunately the BT Youview box doesn't currently support the NowTV Hayu pass 

Have a read of this help article on what devices you will be able to watch Hayu content on via a nowtv Hayu pass.

Was you or are you a nowtv broadband combo customer, where I have heard that combo customers may be having difficulty purchasing the Hayu pass at the moment, where there is no option to purchase the Hayu pass under their My Account.

Yeah I have the broadband and nowtv box, thanks for the reply. I hope they sort it soon
