Haven’t received Sky Sport Voucher yet

Hi there,

 

Purchased WiFi and sky sports special offer but l haven’t received my voucher and l purchased all of this on the 2nd of July 2021.

 

I have received my router but should have l received a stick of box for my tv??? 

 

My WiFi is up and running now but actually can’t speak to anyone with regards to my voucher code as the you need to speak to a stupid online robot which doesn’t give you and option for this. 

Any help would be good.

Welcome to the forum.

 

It is my understanding that NOW no longer supply their own stick. So it is highly unlikely that you’ll have received a NOW stick. 

Did you get an email voucher for the sport’s membership? Or do you know if it’s already been applied to your account?

If you have a voucher you’ll need to apply the code to your account.

In order to watch NOW content you will need to make sure you have a compatible device to watch it on. As I mentioned NOW no longer supply their own devices and if I’m not mistaken they are phasing it out completely.

My recommendation is to get an Amazon fire stick if you are in a position to do so.

Hi @gavs82008,


When l purchased it online, there was a problem but when l spoke with now tv on the phone the girl said everything was ok with the purchase and l should received the voucher within 72 hours. (Still not received it).

 

I have checked my account online and it says l have WiFi & tv membership. (But no valid voucher has been added to it).

 

I have downloaded the now tv app for my fire stick but won’t allow me to watch as it keeps saying l don’t have sky sports or any vaild membership.

Unfortunately the broadband team don’t have much control with the TV memberships. Your best option would be to head onto live chat and speak to NOW regarding the voucher.

 

Just make sure to click “chat online”.
