Have active pass / need a pass to watch

I brought the sports mobile month pass and when I try and watch anything it says I need a pass to watch ? When my pass renews on the 2/2

I am assuming you are using a smartphone and not trying to watch via a tablet which won't work on a mobile sports pass and you are trying to watch one of the Sky Sports Channels such has Premiere League, Action, Arena, Racing or SSN (where the other Sky Channels won't be available on a mobile pass) ?

If you are using a smartphone and attempting to watch one of the 5 sports channels listed above, then perhaps try removing the NowTV App on your phone and download the App again and re sign back into the App.
