Offer did not come through and there is no way to contact NOW TV to discuss - any ideas how to resolve this? thanks

Was this a 12 month discounted offer when you signed up to NowTV Broadband or was it a 12 month discounted offer in your My Account > Passes & Vouchers section especially for you or was it an email offer sent to you by NowTV ?
Because live chat is closed due to COVID-19 where live chat is your normal point of call with regards to this matter.
Then maybe drop NowTV an email on customerservices AT nowtv.com (where i had to use AT in place of the @ symbol because the forum software blocks posting emails).

Thanks schnapps - I’ll try the email route. It was a 12 month offer for new customers
