Gift Card

I received a giftcard, when I go to activate it nothing happens. I currently have a subscription to movies which runs out in February. Will I have to wait til then to put the card in or can I use it now?

You will have to wait until there is just less than a month left on your existing subscription, and you can put it in then.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
