Free voucher not working

I’ve been given a free months sports pass , it said it would automatically be on when I downloaded the app. Went to watch Sky sports but it says pass required. Please help

Was this a Mobile Sports pass voucher ?

 

If so, are you using a smartphone and watching either Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports Action, Sky Sports Arena, Sky Sports Racing or Sky Sports News.

 

All other Sky Sports channels will not work with a Mobile Sports pass.
