Free trial suddenly stop working, when I try to continue the tv show it says to pay for it, even though on the screen it says I still have 11 days of free trial left...
Your problem, if I understand it correctly, seem strange but, nevertheless, can you clarify the following:
Are you referring to the Now TV's Free Trial, which is 7 days only.
Or could you be referring to 11 days left on an active pass?
If possible, could you show a screen print of the Now TV screen you are referring to?
