Free subscription (cinema & sports)

I had free subscription for cinema & sports but since the website has changed layout I’m not thinking my free subscriptions. Could anyone be a good help with this

It won’t show on payments as she not activated the free pass. And I can’t find them on the pass section

I bought a sky sports pass 5 months ago and got 5 free months of sky sports mobile included in the offer. Will Now TV be extending the offer because of no sports for three months?

No.  I had the same, but the mobile pass simply expired.   Even worse, I started the week pass I bought at the time a fortnight ago by accident on the mobile as it had the same logon.  Didn’t even realise I did it until I was about to watch the final week of Premier League and saw pass had already started 6 days ago...
