Free month of blockbusters

I received an email offering me 1 month free of blockbusters, then £11.99 a month, but the link on the email does not work. Nor is this offer available in my account under offers.

Tried the bot chat and it was no help either 🙄

I’m having the same problem, received an email offering one month free Movies and then £11.99 a month but the link in the email is blank, nothing happens, the bot is useless!

Same  here - I've tried it on a few browsers and none work.  The email it's coming from is: [email removed].

When trying to reply to it I get [email removed]

Anyone got any ideas.

I've got the same offer and the same error code when I click on the link.  Very frustrating and impossible to actually contact anyone at NOWTV.  The code expires this week so keen to get an answer soon...

Thanks but it is a chat bot - it just takes you to links to answers on the help pages, which don't answer the question.  no real person available to speak to

When you open my previous link there should be a chat button to click on in green.

If no luck try a different internet browser with live chat.

I believe the live chat opening hours is reduced because of Covid-19 between 8am to 8pm.

If you can't get through try after 8am tomorrow.
